Researched from primary sources
Posts are researched from primary sources: U.S. government agencies such as the FDA and CMS, the Federal Register and federal regulations, and peer-reviewed journals.
Every regulatory and clinical statement links to its source
A statement about a law, a regulation, an FDA action, or what a drug or treatment does links to the source it comes from, in the same sentence. Statements about drugs and treatments follow FDA labeling or a published clinical guideline. Posts don't compare how well treatments work or give opinions about them.
A person reviews every post
A member of the Build.MD team reviews each post before it publishes.
Not medical advice
Posts are general information for businesses that offer prescription programs. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a licensed clinician's judgment about an individual patient.
