Cash-pay prescription programs — GLP-1s, peptides, hormone therapy, longevity protocols, dermatology — have moved into the mainstream. Patients want them. Practices, medspas, fitness studios, and consumer brands want to offer them. But doing it properly takes a physician corporation, licensed providers in every state, pharmacy partners, prescribing technology, and compliance work. That is more than any one operator should have to build.
Operators often end up stitching together five vendors: a telehealth platform, a per-exam vendor, a CRM, a pharmacy, a billing tool. Five contracts, five logins, and systems that don't talk to each other. When something breaks — an audit, a state law change, a pharmacy issue — the operator owns all of it. Build.MD puts the full stack under one vendor: one contract, one platform to learn, one team accountable for the whole.
A bundle only works if every layer is real. The clinical entity behind every program is Access Plus Medical, a physician-owned corporation licensed in all 50 states and DC, with 150+ physicians and providers. The platform, the compliance work, and the patient experience are built by us, not pieced together from other vendors.
Build.MD was founded by a board-certified physician who built and licensed Access Plus Medical across all 50 states before building the platform around it. The clinical infrastructure came first; the technology came second.
The separation is deliberate. Medical decisions stay with licensed clinicians, independent of commercial pressure. The platform handles everything else. Build.MD does not provide medical care directly.
